A cabinetmaker since 2002, first at Hermanus on the South African coast, here since 2019.
I come out to measure your kitchen and discuss what you want to achieve. I oversee the team handling your job and stay involved throughout the process.
Everything is cut, assembled and finished at Caloundra, which is the only reason we can name a date at the quote and hold it. It also means we take a limited number of kitchens, so the diary usually runs four to six weeks out.

How a job runs

The two things homeowners say go wrong on a renovation are the schedule and the communication. Here is how both are handled.
First step
Free measure
Clinton comes to you, measures up, and talks through what you want to achieve, including the things that are not worth doing.
Milestone
Quote accepted
One fixed price for your cabinetry that does not move unless you change the scope. Once you accept it, your job is booked in and design begins.
Weeks 1 to 2
Design and 3D
You see your kitchen rendered in 3D and fine-tune the details before anything is built.
Weeks 3 to 4
Approvals and build
You sign off the final design, then it is made at our own workshop, which is how we control both the quality and the date.
Weeks 5 to 7
Installation
Our own team, the week we promised, site left clean at the end of every day.

How much does a kitchen renovation cost?
Most kitchen renovations we complete land between $18,000 and $45,000 including GST. A refresh using your existing carcasses starts around $8,000. A full custom kitchen with timber veneer, a butler's pantry and integrated appliances runs higher again. The jobs above are real, with the finishes and sizes listed so you can find the one closest to yours.
How long does a kitchen renovation take?
Six to eight weeks from signed quote to handover for a standard renovation, of which about one week is on site. A refresh is three to four weeks with two days on site. Bespoke joinery runs ten to fourteen weeks. Because we build in our own workshop rather than ordering flat pack from interstate, we control the date and can commit to it.
Do you handle the plumbing and electrical?
Yes. On a full kitchen renovation we can coordinate the plumber, electrician, tiler and benchtop fabricator, so you have one point of contact. Their quotes and charges are kept separate from our cabinetry price, so you always know exactly what you are paying us for.
Which suburbs do you cover?
We cover South East Queensland, from the Gold Coast in the south to Hervey Bay in the north, including Brisbane and the whole Sunshine Coast. Our workshop is in Caloundra, so if you are not sure whether we come to you, just ask.
Are you licensed and insured?
QBCC licence 15271911, fully insured, with public liability cover. We use Blum hardware, Polytec and Laminex boards and Caesarstone benchtops, all of which carry their own manufacturer warranties on top of our workmanship.
Can I see and feel the finishes before I decide?
We post a free sample pack anywhere in our service area with door fronts, benchtop chips and a handle to hold. Ask for it when you book your measure, or call and we will send one out.
